Yep, there’s a big difference actually.
Weight Loss is simply difference in your weight on the scale. It never tells the whole story, since it doesn’t know how much fat and muscle you have.
You can lose several pounds in a day on the scale, but its simply your body holding onto less water, not actual fat loss.
By manipulating your water, sodium, and carbohydrate intake you can change your weight on the scale drastically, without having any impact on your body composition.But how do drop body fat then? I want fat loss, not weight loss!In order for fat loss to happen you need to be in a consistent calorie deficit.
You can create this calorie deficit through exercising more and/or eating less. This is so your body is burning more calories than it needs to maintain your current weight, resulting in fat loss.
