Fitness expert, competitive boxer and owner of “Boxing Express”, Rodney “Hurricane” Carter Jr. is quickly becoming one of NYC most sought after weight-loss and sports conditioning experts. Over the last 15 years Rodney has acquired, perfected and shared his fitness expertise with countless individuals, turning people’s lives around with the perfect mix of encouragement, motivation, humor, discipline and fun.
Rodney is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified CPT, CES, & PES specialist and master trainer, a certified Group Exercise instructor with Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), in addition to being pre-post natal & kettlebell concepts certified. His expertise includes, corrective exercise, sports conditioning, weight/resistance training, cardiovascular/aerobic training, boxing and kickboxing, circuit-cross and interval training.
