I want to share with you how I have transformed from eating a boring diet and shutting out my social life to embracing flexibility and enjoying the food I eat while dropping body fat.<\/p>\n

Right now have you been struggling, and feeling guilty about falling off your diet and sticking to your plan?<\/p>\n

See right now if you are saying I CANT HAVE this when it comes to certain foods, you already have the wrong mindset.<\/p><\/div>\n

You need to be able to say I CHOOSE NOT to have this,without labeling the food as good or bad.<\/div>\n

Then you gain the CONTROL with food so that you can say yes at the right times and no at the appropriate times.<\/p>\n

What you need to do is start using Flexible Dieting, and 80\/20 approach of whole nutrient dense foods\/”dirty foods” which makes dieting easy.<\/p>\n

Build flexibility into your meal choices, incorporate your favorite snacks and foods in moderation, even though they aren’t the “healthiest” this will ensure you can stick to your plan and make a PERMANENT change in your life.<\/p>\n

When I gained the control and the ability to say yes to “dirty foods” again and have flexibility it was a huge game changer for me.<\/p><\/div>\n

Instead of feeling guilty and defeated, I simply enjoy the food I eat and can recognize when I am full and have had enough.<\/div>\n

It is truly such a liberating feeling to have balance and flexibility to eat the foods you love and enjoy while still dropping body fat!<\/p>\n
